What I’ve been up to…
Hello! It’s been a little bit since I’ve done a personal post update. We just hit a major milestone with Indy, her first birthday! We took a trip to Lisbon, Portugal that was much needed after almost a year of not traveling. I came back refreshed, inspired, and feeling fulfilled. We will be spending as much of our summer outside as possible in the nearest body of water. Let’s catch up…
I’m still in major mom mode but I’ve been scratching the creative itch with a couple projects. I started a podcast with my best friend called, Your Best Friend’s House, come hang with us! I launched a fun line of branded merch, The Adventure Club edition, which you guys have been loving! All profits will go to the PA State Parks non profit. If you’re interested in any items DM me on instagram @thewell.skinstudio
I recently had a lymphatic drainage + gua sha facial and wow I (almost) forgot the magic of them. My whole face shape changed. It’s always refreshing to receive what I give and come back to it feeling inspired. No machines or products will ever come close to human touch and gua sha. I will die on that hill.
Hormone health is the constant conversation in the treatment room. Some quick tips to help regulate: *morning sun light*, daily gratitude practice, protein before coffee, warm lights before bed (no scrolling), laughing with your friends, a regular facial.

Gut Health Journey
Since having a C-Section I’ve felt like my gut has been way off. I’ve had a few skin conditions flare, dealt with brain fog, and emotional mood swings outside the norm. I started a few supplements to strengthen and rebuild which I’ll link below as well as changed a few things in my diet.
Strengthen - Cowboy Colostrum + Armra Colustrum, colostrum is the gold standard for gut healing, probiotics can not rebuild in a bad environment. I mix the Vine Watermelon Armra with the unflavored Cowbody Colostrum - definitely invest in the starter kit with the frother.
Repair - Ancient Nutrition Probiotics, for repopulating the good bacteria
Diet Changes - simply, eating more fiber. This acts as a prebiotic (aka food) for your good bacteria. Loved this article, The Broke Girls Guide to Fiber

Currently Loving
This bag - my sister got me this for Christmas and it holds literally everything it amazes me how much fits. Diapers, wipes, baby shoes, a bottle, and all my personal items. It’s truly amazing.
Coconut Water - skip the electrolyte supplements and get some fresh coconut water (the pink kind!), Indy’s favorite.
Dog Harness - life saver for teaching this new crazy puppy to walk properly. Has both front and back hooks and a handle. Front is best to reduce pulling, back hook encourages pulling.
Tank Top - the softest and comfiest tank, lots of color options and super affordable.
Moon Calendar - Moon X app - I’ve used this for years and have it as a widget at the top of my phone. I love it for knowing what zodiac sign the moon is currently in and when the next full/new moon are approaching. If you’re an emotionally sensitive person knowing what sign the moon is moving through really helps to prepare you for what the emotional weather of the day will be.
Hosanna Revival Bibles - They make the most beautiful bibles, I purchased a NLT note taking version. After years of being immersed in more new age spirituality I was craving more simplicity and structure and decided I wanted to read the Bible this year. Truly has been the best and most life changing decision.
Thanks for catching up! I am so grateful for all of you, for this life, and for the ability to serve my community. See you all soon. Here’s the booking link if you need to schedule.
