IT’s MY First TIme, what Should I Schedule?

All first time clients book the Initial Facial Session. This includes the consult which is the most important step when coming for the first time.

How Often should I come?

Short Answer: 4-6 weeks.

Long Answer: It depends! If you are looking to do corrective work the 4 week timeframe is ideal. If we are doing maintenance you can come as you see fit - some people come seasonally every 3 months, some still come every 4 weeks. Check in with yourself and see what you need and what makes sense for you!

Whats the difference between the Sixty and The eighty?

Time! The more time we have together the more we can do. If you need focus on nervous system regulation The Eighty is going to be the better option it will allow for you to decompress fully.

Where are you located?

I share the space with Pacifico Dental Care and am located on the second floor. You’ll enter through the door on the left and immediately go through another door on the right to come upstairs.

We are in an old pink victorian home located at 48 N 3rd St, Bangor, PA 18013. There is plenty of street parking.
